Everyone thinks The Law and its Regulations are systematicly ordered. It is not. With a lot of exceptions and detailed regulations it is a mess.
Cord tried to do something about how to find your way and here are a part solution based on one of the laws in Norway, The Working Environment Act.
First we had to find out how laws are structured, with exceptions, chapters, paragraphs and subparagraphs.
Then references and so on. And in the end a full word search.
